Before work begins: we confirm the type of help, estimated time and price. If an at-home visit is needed, any travel cost is agreed with you in advance.
How we work: we review your request and agree the scope before starting. Smart-home setup, installations and larger jobs are priced according to the devices and time involved. Prices shown exclude VAT.

Out-of-hours cover is agreed and confirmed at least 48 hours in advance, any day.
The weekend surcharge may be replaced by an agreed package.
